Adjacent to the former Richard Ginori factory, the complex extends for approximately 23,000 m2, within which at the end of the 1980s a business park was built with 7 9/11-storey executive towers and a low building used as a canteen for approximately 36,400 m2 in total, over 8,700 m2 intended for level and covered parking.

The project involved the complete reconversion and change of intended use of 5 of the 7 towers from office to hospitality/residential and the redevelopment of the remaining 2 towers for office use.
The building once used as a canteen will also have a new service function.
The complex features a luxury hotel with meeting rooms and a stylish café-bistrot, set in a refined, international atmosphere as well as apartments rented with the coliving formula.
State-of-the-art offices with square floor plans designed for smart working, alternating flexible areas, open spaces, and collaborative zones. On the top floor, the loggia with 360° views where the creation of a covered outdoor area for relaxation and corporate events is planned.
Currently under development next to Tower 1, a multifunctional space on two levels will include coworking areas, bookable meeting rooms, and shared spaces such as a relaxation area, kitchen, and event zone.
