#ArtTales hosts Keith Sonnier

After opening in 2018 with the jazz music of #SoundTales, the festival “TOWER TALES. Design, Art & Sound in Torre Velasca” – promoted and organized by Urban Up | Unipol Projects Cities continues in 2019 presenting the first meeting with #ArtTales.
Tower Tales collection was created with the intention of exhibiting the many original sides of culture, inside the prestigious Torre Velasca:
A full programme of exclusive events with innovative jazz music (#SoundTales), cutting-edge contemporary art installations (#ArtTales) and projects from young talent from the most important design schools in Milan (#DesignTales).
Keith Sonnier, postminimalist artist, pioneer in using lights inside sculptures, will be the first protagonist of #ArtTales from 10th January to 16th Februrary 2019 at the Museum Space and the Aquarium Space of the Tower, through his videos film in the 70s. Absolute premier in Italy, these works are an unedited expression of Sonnier’s production, mainly known in the world artistic panorama for his neon sculptures.
The exhibition 6 VIDEOS, organized in collaboration with CONVERSO_OFFSITE and thanks to The National Exemplar Gallery of NY, will open on Thursday 10th January at 6:00PM and can be visited every day from 5PM to 6AM of the following day, with guided tours every Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:00PM and 7:30PM.
