Sassetti 27 debuts at Projects of Italy

On May 28th, during the Projects of Italy conference organized by Quotidiano Immobiliare, Massimiliano Morrone, Head of Unipol Group's Asset & Investment Management and Real Estate Management, presented Sassetti 27, the latest Urban Up | Unipol project that is an addition to the others already completed or being finalized in the Porta Nuova district.

A historic textile factory dating back to 1930 will become an innovative working hub for offices, with a total of about 11,300 square meters. This contemporary-style metamorphosis represents the perfect synthesis of the transformation process in a Milanese neighbourhood that is continuously evolving and expanding. The project is being carried out by the Prisma Design Company. Work is expected to be completed in the second half of 2021.
