UNIPOL TOWER NAMED ICONIC BUILDING OF THE YEAR


According to the Jury the tower has become a city landmark in just a few months

The Unipol Tower has won the 2026 Urbanfile Architecture and Urban Planning Award in the "Iconic Building" category as the "most representative project among those completed during 2025”.
The motivation reads: "for its strong recognizability within the Milanese skyline, the architectural quality of the intervention, and the symbolic value gained within the Porta Nuova district. A building that, in just a few months, has already become one of the city's new landmarks.
"This recognition honors not only the design excellence of the work but also the contribution that Unipol Tower has made to the contemporary transformation of Milan and to the definition of a new urban image for the city.
