Evento SUPERNOVA. Art Explosion in Villa Charbonnier

With the SUPERNOVA event, the eighteenth-century villa surrounded by 6 hectares of park in the Moncalieri hills ( Turin) opened its doors to the public for one day on September 18, 2020,
with a great program dedicated to art in all its expressions, curated by Gianluigi Ricuperati.
From 11:00 to 23:00, Villa Charbonnier was the scene of talks, exhibitions, lectures, and performances, with special guests including, to name a few, the Director of Castello di Rivoli, Carolyn Christov Bakargiev;
the art collector and founder of the exhibition of the same name, Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, the Director of IAD, Laura Milani, musician Ivan Bert, philosopher Leonardo Caffo; and artists Elisa Sighicelli and Marzia Migliora.
To reflect on the dialogue between art, architecture, and nature and to learn about the villa’s 300-year history, from Vigna Talpone to Villa Altissimo.
