VALUES DRIVE VALUES? URBAN UP A REBUILD 2024

On the 14 and 15 May in Riva del Garda, REbuild 2024 was held, the event focusing on sustainable innovation of the built environment. The tenth edition had more than 60 speakers, 16 conferences, 8 workshops, 32 partners, 3 start-ups, 15 national and 8 territorial patronages, 15 media partners and 5 scientific partners. The common thread that linked the two days of work was the claim «Values drive value». Urban Up, gold sponsor of the event, attended the conference to answer the question: how it is possible to give substance to the ESG criteria and their application in the construction and Real Estate fields? Representing Urban Up was Marco Poncetta, Head of Construction Management at the Unipol Group who took part in the panel moderated by Guglielmo Pelliccioli from Quotidiano Immobiliare « ESG criteria put to the test by the Real Estate industry in Europe» In his speech Poncetta illustrated different initiatives implemented by our Group to concretely implement the action required by the ESG factors in terms of relaunching and recovering the built heritage.
