URBAN UP AT MIPIM 2026

MIPIM, which was held in Cannes from the 10 to the 13 March, is a key international event for the real estate industry and the construction and real estate market and is a strategic meeting place for the main decision makers in the market, developers, investors, regional authorities, development agencies, local authorities, investment funds, construction companies and service companies. Participating in the event means learning all about the latest news in the sector, meeting key figures and having access to the main real estate development projects.
MIPIM 2026 highlighted the continued strength of global real estate, with international investors representing nearly one-third of participants. Cities and regions demonstrated their ability to attract capital by showcasing large-scale, investment-ready projects.

MIPIM 2026 raised the bar even further reaching new heights in networking and generating an unprecedented volume of deals. Urban Up had great visibility thanks to its stand of over 30 sqm where the Group's main development projects were highlighted and where Massimiliano Morrone - Chief Real Estate Officer Unipol Assicurazioni - held several business meetings.
