URBAN UP AT MIPIM 2025

Urban Up was also present this year at MIPIM as the main sponsor of the «Milan & Lombardy» stand inside the Italy Pavilion (Riviera 8. B17).

Massimiliano Morrone, CEO of Unipol Investimenti SGR spoke at the international conference organized by the Municipality of Milan and the Lombardy Region on the topic of Bridging Olympic Legacies which was held on 13 March at the Italian Pavilion with the participation, among others, of the deputy mayor of the city of Paris Lamia El Aaraje and the councilor for urban regeneration of the Municipality of Milan Giancarlo Tancredi.

MIPIM, which was held in Cannes from the 12 to the 15 March, is a key international event for the real estate industry and the construction and real estate market and is a strategic meeting place for the main decision makers in the market, developers, investors, regional authorities, development agencies, local authorities, investment funds, construction companies and service companies. Participating in the event means learning all about the latest news in the sector, meeting key figures and having access to the main real estate development projects.

The last edition had 26.000 participants, 6,500 investors, 90 countries and 200 stands.
