URBAN UP: DOUBLE AWARD AT THE 32nd FORUM DI SCENARI IMMOBILIARI

During the thirty second edition of the Forum di Scenari Immobiliari - the key real estate event - held in Rapallo on the 13 and 14 of September, the Unipol Group received the “IMPRESA D’ECCELLENZA NEL REAL ESTATE 2024” award and Urban Up|Unipol the “PROGETTO D’ECCELLENZA 2024” award for the Unipol Tower.

Among the reasons the Jury gave were: “This important company on the Italian market had the extraordinary ability to innovate in the urban regeneration sector. Furthermore, Unipol with UrbanUp|Unipol has implemented and is completing high quality initiatives which take into account land saving, ESG criteria and return on investment. This is a complicated endeavour but they are managing to do it, providing direction to the whole Italian market”.
Collecting the Awards, Giuseppe Lobalsamo, Massimiliano Morrone and Luca Tomasini. Massimiliano Morrone, managing director of UnipolSai Investimenti SGR, commented on the award IMPRESA D’ECCELLENZA NEL REAL ESTATE 2023: “I am very proud to collect this important prize which of course goes to all the staff in the Real Estate Management Department of the Unipol Group because it is the result of exceptional teamwork. For us this recognition is not only confirmation of the effectiveness of the strategies we have adopted over the last five years, but also and above all further incentive to continue in the direction we have undertaken. My thanks therefore go to the commitment of the entire team who, with great competence, tenacity and determination work day after day obtaining important results to pursue increasingly ambitious goals”.
In relation to the Award for Unipol Tower, Giuseppe Lobalsamo, Real Estate Director of the Unipol Group, said: “Thank you for this prestigious recognition that you have given to our Unipol Tower, recognition that is tremendously valuable for us. Right from the very beginning when it was just a project hypothesis, the Unipol Tower for us was not only a building to be entrusted to a prestigious architecture firm but a very ambitious project that needed to be followed by us too, step by step, day after day during all phases, because it had to express our identity in the best way. In addition to being enlightened clients we wanted to be, and we were the general contractor of ourselves. The result is what you have seen and what we are very proud of: in addition to being the latest addition to the Porta Nuova area, our Tower has already become a new landmark that is already recognised and appreciated on a global level”.
