BLUES IN MI LIVE AT THE DAP

Creating scenarios, artistic movements and events in neighbourhoods means setting in motion virtuous participation mechanisms that have an effect on young people and their families, giving the local area a new identity, new vitality, as well as a new sense of belonging. This is what happened with Blues in MI LIVE AT THE DAP, the Folco Orselli project involving suburban areas in the city of Milan, that was staged at THE DAP – Dei Missaglia Art Park in Gratosoglio. The stars of this event packed with initiatives organised by Urban Up | Unipol, the main project sponsor: the suburbs and the talented young people who live there.

After the premiere screening of the medium length film “Green river blues dancing sport», on the stage of Blues in MI, Massimiliano Morrone, UnipolSai MD of Investimenti SGR, Tommaso Sacchi, Councillor for Culture in Milan, Giuseppe Lobalsamo, Real Estate Director of the Unipol Group, Giangiacomo Schiavi, columnist for Corriere della Sera and Folco Orselli, a Milanese blues singer-songwriter, moderated by the music journalist Ezio Guaitamacchi discussed the relationship between social inclusion and urban fabric development.

This was followed by a musical performance by Folco Orselli and his band and the young artists involved in the project.
