Massimiliano Morrone was one of the speakers at the 28th edition of the Forum Scenari Immobiliari, who during last year edition gave us an award for our project for Torre Galfa.

“Since February, despite the ongoing health emergency – explained Morrone – we are progressing in a decisive way with our Urban Up redevelopment work in the Porta Nuova area in Milan, 5 large projects that involve the redevelopment of more than 100,000 square metres making the Unipol Group a major player in the modernisation of the city. In the last few months, the importance of health and well-being throughout the area has also become very clear with increased attention and focus on the environment and the area as a whole. At this time of recovery it is important to promote a participatory approach of social inclusion and redevelopment work even in areas of the city that are far away from the urban centre. That way outlying city suburbs that have become marginalised can take an active role in the post-health emergency phase that will take place in the upcoming months. The Unipol Group has started working on these themes by starting the IN-OLTRE project, an initiative that will extend over 300,000 sq. m in different outlying suburban areas of the city of Milan. As a result of the real estate projects which will take from between 3-5 years to complete, the IN-OLTRE project also supports the theme of health and well-being even with temporary events linked to our physical and mental well-being: culture, fun, sport and nature. The concept of a Healthy City – concluded Morrone – goes hand in hand with a Happy City".
