Hill of the Arts Award Ceremony

On September 18, as part of the Supernova event, the award ceremony was held for the international HILL OF THE ARTS idea competition launched by Urban Up | Unipol and YAC – Young Architects Competition – to rethink Villa Charbonnier, designing an Art Hotel capable of stimulating the dialogue between art and nature and between artists and the public.

The international panel of judges was made up of, among others, famous architect Daniel Libeskind, Patrik Schumacher, Director of Zaha Hadid studio since 2016, artist Edoardo Tresoldi and founder of Arte Sella Emanuele Montibeller, as well as the Real Estate Director for the Unipol Group Giuseppe Lobalsamo. The panel evaluated the 369 projects from 85 countries throughout the world and selected from among the finalists 3 winners, 4 gold mentions, and 10 honourable mentions.

First place went to the JORGE CORTES ARQUITECTURA Team from Colombia.

Second place went to the VB-G Team from Italy

Third place went to ZECLER STUDIO from France
