Urban Up at Wired Next Fest 2016

Urban Up. the Unipol Group project dedicated to the real estate redevelopment of its buildings, is the main partner of Wired Next Fest, to be held on September 17-18 for the first time in Florence

The Wired Next Fest is also the ideal opportunity to launch the Wired Innovation House, a project of excellence that combines the authoritativeness of the synonymous magazine on innovation and Domux Home, the Unipol Group brand that has prestigious temporarily leased apartments in its portfolio.

Domux Home apartments integrate technology and design in prestigious buildings in the city center in Florence, and soon also Milan, where Wired will organize exclusive meetings behind closed doors in which the most influential exponents of innovation will meet to create the future in the sectors of economy, technology, science, media, design and fashion.

With the Wired Next Fest, the prestigious Domux Home Florence apartments will be opened for the first time. They consist of eleven finely furnished apartments in the heart of Florence, in the prestigious Palazzo Levi in Piazza della Repubblica, with an exclusive panoramic view of the city, and in Via Ricasoli, in an elegant building just a few steps from the Accademia Gallery.

Urban Up
Dedicated to the real estate redevelopment of buildings owned by the Unipol Group and aimed at enhancing some of the most significant buildings in the Italian architectural park, the Urban Up project started in the city of Milan with the redevelopment of a few buildings that symbolize the Lombard capital for its history and location. - among these is Torre Velasca, an unmistakable architectural landmark amongst the Milan skyline, as well as Torre Galfa, Romana 19, De Castillia 23, Ca ‘Litta. The Urban Up Project also started in the city of Florence, and is set to expand into other Italian cities. Urban Up is a project that combines innovation and tradition with the aim of enhancing the beauty and importance of true icons across the Italian urban landscape. Through modernization and renovation works, skyscrapers, facilities, and historic buildings will once again take on a prominent role in the urban fabric.
